Shopping terms

1. To receive the product, you must first make a reservation and payment. Please note that service is provided in the order of payment receipt, and your place in the queue is guaranteed once the reservation fee, which is 25% of the total purchase amount, is received. The remaining amount can be paid approximately two weeks before the scheduled delivery.

2. Depending on the type of plants, delivery times may vary by species. If an order contain plants with different delivery dates, the invoice will show the price for multiple deliveries.

3. If the delivery deadline is delayed and not agreed upon with the buyer, the buyer has the right to cancel the order and receive a full refund within 7 days from the time of cancellation. Please send the cancellation request to the email address – [email protected] . So far, we have not received any cancellations. :)

4. Initially, the first-year plants are grown in a greenhouse, while the second and third-year plants are grown in field conditions. Occasionally, there is possibility that some varieties (especially the new ones) may not survive the winter. In such cases, a similar variety or a refund is offered as a replacement.

5. The plants are delivered to Omniva parcel machines (price – 3,80 euro per box) or by courier (price – 9,00 euros per box). Container plants are packed in double packaging – blister packaging + cardboard box.

The guideline for the maximum capacity of one box –

  • 0,5 liter pot – 24 piecies

  • 1 liter pot – 15 piecies

  • Second year bare root plant – 12 piecies

  • Third year bare root plant – 6 – 8 piecies

6. By making a reservation, you provide your personal data, which we use exclusively for your service. In order to deliver the plants, we need to know your first and last name, phone number, delivery address, and email – for sending the invoice. Your email may also be used to send news and update if you have agreed to receive them. You can unsubscribe from receiving updates at any time.

7. The images in our website usually show a fully grown plant, which, of course, differs from the plant you will receive. Please read carefully the information provided in the plant description to understand the size of the plant you will receive.

8. According to the legislation, you have the right to return the product within 14 days. We value every customer, so if any issues arise, they are usually resolved through communication. Please check the product immediately upon receipt. If there is any discrepancy, a photo and a brief comment are usually sufficient to resolve the situation.
